Escape to the sun this Summer. Stay in a luxury 3 bedroom Villa located in an exclusive gated community of 5 villas known as Quinta Vale d`Eguas at the Vale do Lobo end of Almancil. The complex has communal and private gardens, large swimming pool and sun terraces.

The villas are all designed externally in the Portuguese Traditional style but internallly have all the contemporary features and facilities of a recently constructed house.

The villa has cream marble tiled floor, air conditioning throughout, two wall mounted flat screen TV`s with BBC free to air satellite system in lounge and master bedroom, DVD with USB port for uploads from laptops, wireless broadband, modern fully stocked kitchen, 3 bedrooms sleeping 6 with 3 bathrooms, gas barbeque in shaded outdoor dining area, large first floor sun terrace (250sq.ft.) facing south and west to setting sun and underfloor heating for winter use.

The complex is at the West End of Almancil which is the town for the holiday complexes of Val do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. The complex is bounded on its east side by the village of Vale d`Eguas and on the west by rolling countryside and hills. It adjoins the more local and reasonably priced restaurents and shops, yet is only a short drive away to the beach, 12 golf courses, water parks and other attractions that the area is famous for.The nearest restaurant in the village is a 2 minute walk and is the atmospheric Cova family wine cellar where the tables adjoin the barrels of locally produced wine.


In addition this is possibly the most convenient location in the Golden Triangle. It is fifteen minutes drive to the airport. A two minute walk to 2 restaurants and corner shop in the local village. The complex is midway between the coast and Loule and therefore the facilities of each can be easily enjoyed. The best supermarket in the area, Apolonia is close by. It is a short drive to the 12 golf courses in Val do Lobo, Quinto do Lago and Vilamoura, tens of restaurants are nearby (many of which allow take outs) and it is adjacent to the Karting Track and one of the best Water parks along the coast. It is close to the Motorway junction to Faro, Seville, Lisbon and the local railway station,with trains to Lisbon or Faro,is only minutes away.

This villa can provide you with the perfect summmer holiday or winter getaway. It has every convenience and comfort that a recently built high specification villa can provide. Sit out on the terrace during the day (the photo above was taken on a warm and sunny 1st December 2007!)before or after a pleasant walk in the adjoining countryside. The terrace has an outdoor plug for your laptop. In the evening it is a short drive to restaurants or it is possible to avoid driving altogether by walking to local restaurants, bringing back a take away or cooking on the barbeque and eating out in the outdoor rear dining area. There are a variety of restaurants nearby which allow you to take home their produce or will deliver. These include an Italian pasta pizzeria, a spanish tapas/paella place , an english full range restaurant, a noted madagascar restaurant and an excellent gourmet chinese.

While a car is preferable it is possible to do with out one. The adjoining restaurants and corner shop can be walked to and we have an arrangement with a local limo service whereby a driver will respond to your phone call to take you to or from your destination in his mercedes. In addition arrangements can be made to take you to and from the airport.

Finally, the adjoining villa is also available for rent. Golfing parties greater than six in number and up to twelve persons could, subject to availability, rent both villas together. Each villa has two twin bed rooms and one double bedroom. Please enquire as to availability.
