The Villa.

The villa is Casa 3, Quinta Vale d`Eguas, Rua Filipe Viego Aleixo, Vale d`Eguas, Almancil 8135, Algarve, Portugal.

The villa is entered through solid wood double front doors which gives access into the hallway. From the hall it is possible to access the stairs, downstairs store room with safe, downstairs bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds and through an archway into the lounge. This large lounge contains a dining table and 6 chairs together with a u shaped sofa facing toward the wall mounted flat screen TV and fireplace. There are doors from the lounge that lead on the one hand to the kitchen and on the other to the private back garden dining area.

The Stairs leads to an upstairs landing with gives direct access to the outdoor terrace. In addition there are two further bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms. One bedroom has a double bed while the other has two twin beds.


The villa has the following features.

  • The Complex

    The villa is located in an enclosed condominium of 5 villas. There are two electric gates on the north and south side of the complex which are worked by zappers. The two gates are on two separate local roads both of which are accessed from the Estrda Vale d`Eguas. The gates give access to a private internal circulation road which is paved in the local manner with Calcada.

    The complex has a large swimming pool which is surrounded by a generous terrace with sun loungers. There are also table and chairs on the terrace for those who don`t want to use the sun loungers.

    There are landscaped lawns within the enclosure for children to play on to walk around. However there is also a gate out to adjoining scrub land (some of which is owned by the condominium) and there are pleasant walks in this area depending on the time of year.


    Location

    The villa is located in possibly the most convenient location in the Golden Triangle!

    The complex is located at the West End of Almancil close to Apolonia Supermarket and the Karting Track. It is next to the road that leads southwards from Almancil to Val do Lobo and its beach and Praca which is a 4/5 minute drive away.

    To its west is the Highway which leads from Vilamoura up to Loule. This Highway gives easy access to both towns. It also has an interchange with the Motorway giving access to either Lisbon or Spain.

    The Loule railway station is just around the corner.

    It is a great location to get to the 12 golf courses in the vicinity, water parks, beaches, restaurants, shopping facilities etc.
